How do I reserve a lot within Legacy Hills?

You may reserve a lot in Legacy Hills by submitting a 10% deposit, refundable for 30 days. Lots are approximately $300k in pricing - so your reservation would be 10% of that lot price.   Once deposit is received, you have 30 days to enter into a Pre-Construction Agreement with MidCentury Custom Homes.    Closing occurs within 30 days of final plat approval and recordation.

10-12 Months from the date of permit. Permits, if submitted when plat is recorded, take 60-90 days for approval.

Am I able to subdivide the land? How many buildings can be placed on my land?

You are not able to subdivide and sell the land at Legacy Hills. As far as buildings go, you are allowed to have three structures on the property - this could be garage, casita, and main home, for example.
